Refund & Exchange Policy – HelouMed

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide order number and photos/videos

After confirmation, you may choose:

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Replacement at no additional cost

HelouMed will cover return and replacement delivery costs for confirmed defective items.


2. Exchanges (Non-Defective Products)

We allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for delivery costs related to exchanges.


3. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and patient safety standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged if opened or used:

  • Braces
  • Compression garments
  • Personal care items
  • Sealed medical equipment once opened

Used or damaged items caused by misuse are not eligible for refund.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
